The Misunderstood Epidemic: Depression
"The Misunderstood Epidemic: Depression" airs on PBS on March 25 at 9:00 PM. Considering that one in four women and one in eight men reportedly suffer from depression in the US, this is an important program to view.
Hi - I believe in healing depression through consciousness change, from my own personal experience. I know that all of us out there talking about it will help many more people to choose the drug-free, self-healing route, with fantastic results. I feel very passionately about this subject, and am writing a book about it: see my (newly formed) blog to find out how you can help me put my book out there and create more of this healing in the world. I'm at http://www.hilcave.blogspot.com Thank you for all your time. Hilary Cave
